Registration Fees
All fees are inclusive of conference kit, proceedings access, and lunches/refreshments during the conference days. GST applicable as per Government of India norms on INR amounts.
EM³I 2027 offers hybrid participation — both in-person and virtual (online) options are available. Further details on virtual registration will be announced closer to the conference.

Online Registration — Coming Soon
The online registration portal will open on 15 October 2026. Payment will be accepted via credit/debit card and net banking (INR), and international cards (USD). IEEE members should use the same email as their IEEE account to receive automatic member pricing.

Registration Policy
Author Registration
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the Author or Student Author category by 30 December 2026.
- A single author registration covers presentation of one paper. Authors with multiple accepted papers must pay an additional fee for each extra paper.
- Failure to complete author registration by the deadline may result in the paper being withdrawn from the proceedings.
IEEE Membership Discount
- IEEE discounts apply to members of any IEEE society or technical council.
- You will be asked to provide your IEEE member number during checkout.
- Membership will be verified. Incorrect member numbers will result in the difference being charged.
- Not yet an IEEE member? Join IEEE before registering to benefit from the discounted rate.
Student Category
- Student registration is available to full-time students enrolled in a recognised degree programme (B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., Ph.D., or equivalent) at the time of the conference.
- A scanned copy of a valid student ID or bonafide certificate may be requested during on-site check-in.
- PhD scholars presenting their thesis work should register as Student Author.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations notified in writing before 31 December 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No refunds for cancellations after 31 December 2026.
- Substitution of a registered delegate by a colleague is permitted at no extra charge — please notify the organising committee.
- In the unlikely event of conference cancellation by the organisers, full refunds will be issued.
